“Bold Stripes, Bright Stars, Brave Hearts!” We invite you to celebrate our great country at our next paint and sip class, “Stars, Stripes, and Pines!” In this class, you’ll receive step-by-step instruction as you paint this very simple yet stunning American flag with a forest skyline silhouette. We love how this red, white, and blue landscape with tall pines shows off the beauty that surrounds us here in Nevada County!
This paint and sip is happening on Tuesday, June 18th from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. The class will be held at the Grass Valley’s newest event venue, The Foothills Event Center. Doors will open 15 minutes before the class begins, so you’ll have time to grab a drink from the Foothills bar and get settled!
The “Stars, Stripes and Pines” painting will be perfect for displaying in your home in celebration of our independence on the 4th of July! And you can bring it out again on Labor Day, Veterans Day, Flag Day, and Memorial Day. Or, present it as a gift of gratitude to a veteran who’s given so much to our country.
Come Paint With Us provides all of the paint and supplies you’ll need to create your own 16×20” masterpiece! Your ticket fee covers all of the materials you’ll need: all the right brushes, an easel for your canvas, an apron, and high-quality acrylic paint. Get a drink from the Foothills bar, put on an apron, take your seat, and get ready for a great time! Your instructor will take you through step-by-step to create an original piece of art, with lots of fun along the way.
