Everything you need to create this gorgeous painting is included in your registration fee: brushes, paint, a 20×16-inch canvas, an easel, and helpful step-by-step guidance. Come Paint With Us’ canvas paint and sip class is the perfect way to enjoy a night out with friends. You will be provided with a 16″ x 20″ canvas, step-by-step directions, and all the supplies needed to complete a painting of your own. After a few hours of laughter and fun, you will leave with a work of art you created yourself. Not an artist? That’s totally OK! No experience is necessary, and no talent required.
This painting event will begin promptly at the time listed. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the event to get checked in, get your complimentary drink, and snag your preferred seat. If you’re coming with a large group of four or more, make sure you arrive early so that you can sit together.
Our paint and sip classes happen at the Foothills, Grass Valley’s newest event venue. The Foothills Event Center has free off-street parking and is always an easy drive; it’s located in Grass Valley, just five minutes from the hub of downtown.
This painting will be a beautiful addition to your home decor. Or, you can give it to a friend or family member as a thoughtful and handmade gift. Either way, you’ll have enjoyed a fun and relaxing evening, which is well-deserved in the middle of pandemic uncertainties and distance learning-related stress! We have redesigned our painting studio to follow physical distancing guidelines, so bring your friends, grab your drink, and paint away! Our staff will be wearing masks, and students must wear masks as well. If you forget your mask at home, we’ll have masks available for purchase for a small fee.
Your instructor, Katherine Dorland, will guide you and your friends through two and a half hours of lively creativity, drinks, and laughs. Since art is a form of creative therapy, you don’t need to feel bad for treating yourself to fun night out with friends! No experience needed to have a good time. Just bring a friend or two and we’ll take care of the rest. See you there!
