Come have some fun being creative with us next Wednesday! On Wednesday, September 21st from 6:00-9:00 pm, we’re holding a fun painting and wine class to paint this beautiful Bridge Over Lotus Blossoms scene. You can click on the image to the left to see a larger version of the work of art.
The Bridge Over Lotus Blossoms painting is a dreamlike scene inspired by the great impressionist painters such as Monet, Renoir, and Degas. Impressionism.org describes the style as “…using lighter brush strokes and brighter colors, with lesser attention to details and more bias to landscapes.”
Take a break from your everyday routine and bring a friend to the class. It’s a great way to unwind after a long work week! Come Paint With Us will include everything you need to be a successful artist: brushes, paint, canvas, and easy to follow painting instructions to inspire you to create your own work of art. We have beer, wine, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. It’s a fun group activity in an elegant and inspiring setting right here at the Foothills Event Center in Grass Valley.
All proceeds from Come Paint With Us classes benefit Lifetime Adoption Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 charity. Lifetime Adoption Foundation provides scholarships for women who have chosen adoption, assistance to birth parents in need of basic necessities, and adoption grants to adopting parents.
